The main benefit of our products like glitter tattoo, bindi, etc. is quick application. The quality of our adhesives and gums ensures that when the bindi is put on the skin, it does not cause any harm. Stringent measures are taken to manufacture the products according to the standard norms.
Process of Quality Check

- Second stage there are 2 employees who check each product carefully and find defected products if any and remove them from the lot. Thus, the product is under close supervision & reduces the chances of defected products reaching the market
- Finally there is a supervisor who gives a glance over the whole stock before dispatch.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The manufacturing of a bindi or a tattoo undergoes several processes and stages which are as follows:
- Firstly, a bindi is designed on the computer
- Secondly, they are cut on plotter machines which are computerized
- Then, the cut designs are stuck on the plastic L.D.
P.V.C.
sheets are used specially as a base for the bindis. The gum used in
the P.V.C. sheets are dermatological tested and are safe for the skin
and it makes the bindis re-usable.
The
gum used is Govt. approved. Crystal stones, beads, plastic balls and
various other materials are embedded on the base of a bindi by a
labourer (manually) with the help of sticks as thin as toothpicks and a
special gum is also used to stick all the material to give it a final
bindi-form.
Checking
The material made is
finally inspected and checked by the supervisors in the company’s
manufacturing department in order to have the required standard quality
and are later on passed on for packaging.
Packaging
The bindis are finally packed in a card form and are covered with a thin plastic polythene to make it look attractive.
